Spending my day off baking bread. Yeah, I can't believe it either. I've never had any luck using yeast (except at work, growing it). Made a honey wheat loaf - came out a little dense but it sure tastes delicious. The French bread loaf is on the rise right now. Hope it does OK. This could be the start of a new hobby! What next, cinnamon buns?
