I finally have my Xmas eve dinner figured out. My brother suggested I make country style pork ribs and sauerkraut. It's something my mother used to make and is one of his favorites. So in honor of my Mom and our first Xmas without her I am going to make the attempt. Serving up some new potatoes and a couple of vegetable dishes too. Dessert will be a Marie Callendar's pecan pie. Here's hoping I can pull this off. It's the only day of the year that I cook for my brothers and I tend to experiment on them.
