I suck at journals

I made such a nice post about things I remember of my childhood in my LJ (not here). But I put the whole thing behind a cut and I bet most of my flist didn't bother to read it. I caught the error and fixed it but I think it was too late. I just have the worst trouble with my posts - I'm an LJ doofus.
