I'm currently in the throes of hunger from the liquid diet that I'm forced to engage in to prep for my dreaded COLONSCOPY!!!!!

I can't wait for tomorrow afternoon when it's over. There may be malts and chili cheese fries in my future.

I was too busy trying not to throw up that disgusting liquid to worry about being hungry.

I've heard that from a lot of people. I didn't mind it so much but I'm not much of a water drinker so trying to get down 48 oz of liquid in one hour was a tall order.
I've had my malt and chili relleno so I'm good.

Still feel quite fuzzy brained though. I think everything was fine with the procedure.

I was royally pissed off. Turns out the 48 oz or whatever it was wasn't really necessary. I only got down about 3 glasses, if that. Was worried it wasn't enough, but I was retching, so no point in continuing to try. They waved it off when I got there and said, "oh that's fine". Then I found out from my sister that there is a pill option for people who can't choke down that much liquid. Never again!
